About the role

  • Sales Executive managing the entire sales cycle for a leading recruitment platform. Building long-term customer relationships to drive sustainable growth in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to closing
  • Identify prospective customers within our SME market
  • Develop tailored sales strategies
  • Initiate contact with potential customers
  • Prepare customized proposals

Requirements

  • Some experience in sales
  • Technical curiosity
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • Consultative mindset
  • Strong willingness to learn
