About the role

  • HR Business Partner managing employee relations and learning development at ASUS, ensuring compliance and positive workplace culture. Collaborate across teams to provide training and support in HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all employee relations matters
  • Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into employee complaints and grievances
  • Mediate workplace conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions
  • Develop and deliver proactive training and workshops for managers and employees
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps
  • Manage the full lifecycle of training initiatives including content creation and delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in performance management processes
  • Support other HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and learning & development
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
