Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all employee relations matters
Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into employee complaints and grievances
Mediate workplace conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions
Develop and deliver proactive training and workshops for managers and employees
Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps
Manage the full lifecycle of training initiatives including content creation and delivery
Provide guidance and support to managers in performance management processes
Support other HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
