Reseller Sales Executive at Asure selling HCM solutions to resellers and Service Bureau Organizations. Driving new business and managing relationships to achieve sales quotas in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment
Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers primarily owners and senior executives
Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionality during all phases of the sales cycle
Understanding the prospect’s business needs and market challenges
Negotiating sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients
Conducting product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and reseller clients
Diligently recording sales activities in Sales Force and providing accurate and realistic sales projections
Assisting new resellers in their onboarding to Asure Clients by providing sales training, product training, helping to set up demo sites, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
Minimum of 5 - 10 years consultative software sales experience
Experience selling a Payroll, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferred
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
