Responsibilities
- Identify relevant external stakeholders, interdisciplinary and cross-sector strategic networks, and medical/scientific societies
- Engage with external stakeholders as an indication expert, communicating on an equal, scientific leadership level
- Provide active, personal, and scientific support to key accounts within a cross-functional team
- Design, initiate, and implement regional and nationwide scientific projects
- Attend regional, national, and international congresses and actively design, initiate, and run symposia and continuing education events
- Prepare scientific presentation materials and training programs for internal and external stakeholders
- Support scientific publications
- Maintain responsible documentation and use of information in existing IT systems
Requirements
- A completed degree in a natural science, pharmaceutical, or medical field
- Experience in medical-scientific field roles (Sales, CRA, MSL) and experience in rheumatology, dermatology, or immunology is an advantage
- Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new indications and subject matter
- Enthusiasm for and initial experience in actively shaping projects and collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills combined with a high degree of independence and personal flexibility in the role
- Good MS Office skills and fluency in German and English
