Responsibilities
Grow the Impro & ASSA ABLOY Digital Access Solutions (DAS) footprint within Western and Northern Cape
Act as a senior hunter acquiring new system integrators, installers, key end-users, and consulting engineers
Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities with end users, consultants, engineers, and specifiers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline targeting a variety of vertical markets
Conduct visits, meetings, and briefings to establish ASSA ABLOY as a Trusted Advisor
Work closely with product managers, engineering, and internal teams to ensure solution design
Maintain accurate reporting, CRM updates, activity tracking, and forecasting
Requirements
Grade 12/Matric
Previous exposure to sales, business development, or customer facing roles
Basic technical curiosity or interest in digital or electronic solutions
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Ability to travel for customer visits, events, and industry engagements
