Provides frontline support for day-to-day IT operations, ensuring end-user satisfaction across Lighthouse Portfolio companies.
Ensures good English proficiency for communication.
Requirements
First-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and Office 365 issues.
Handle password resets, printer issues, login failures, and application support.
Set up new users in Office 365, email, Teams, and business applications.
Provision and configure laptops/desktops based on standard imaging.
Ensure proper access rights, MFA enrollment, and software installations.
Migrate users to MS Office365.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and consumables.
Support ordering, tagging, and deployment of devices and peripherals.
Log all requests and resolutions in a centralized ticketing system.
Update FAQs and internal knowledge base as needed.
Be the source of truth for any and all compliances in each group.
