About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager responsible for marketing activities and lead generation at SaaS platform Seekda in Austria. Focused on multi-channel campaigns and content creation in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including email, paid search, social, retargeting and partner campaigns
  • Build and optimise landing pages and lead capture flows
  • Develop lead nurturing sequences for both inbound and outbound audiences
  • Run experiments to improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Produce high-quality content without heavy agency support, including case studies, product one-pagers, email sequences, blog posts and social content
  • Localise content for key markets with support from internal teams
  • Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with product releases and GTM priorities
  • Manage HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, scoring, segmentation and reporting
  • Set up dashboards for MQL volume, conversion rates, CAC and attribution
  • Track performance of all campaigns and take corrective action quickly
  • Maintain and update the Seekda website using CMS tools
  • Improve SEO performance through on-page optimisation and targeted content
  • Work with the product and design teams to improve UX and messaging consistency
  • Coordinate local events, webinars and partner co-marketing campaigns
  • Produce collateral for specific regions like Germany, Italy, the UK and the Nordics
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with ICP and pipeline priorities

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth, digital or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
  • A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a similar related discipline is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth through marketing
  • Proven experience generating a pipeline in lean environments with minimal external support
  • Proven experience and knowledge of rapid client acquisition in a go-to-market / new product environment
  • Hands-on execution skills across content creation, digital advertising, email marketing and marketing automation
  • Strong marketing platform (HubSpot preferred) experience (workflows, scoring, analytics, automation)
  • Ability to manage campaigns across multiple European markets
  • Strong copywriting and content development capability
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with dashboards, metrics and attribution
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget
  • Great attention to detail and planning skills
  • Strong work ethic, organized, and focused
  • At least an advanced professional level of both German and English, written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in Austria

  • Experience in hospitality tech, travel tech or vertical SaaS
  • Working knowledge of German
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe
  • Experience supporting outbound SDR programs
