About the role

  • Business Developer focused on developing markets and customer relationships for LiDAR-based security solutions. Key role in the sales process and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • You will take responsibility for existing customers and partners and further develop ongoing business.
  • You will develop new business areas and customer segments.
  • You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and position our products/services as the ideal solution.
  • You will own the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation to closing the deal.
  • You will work closely with the marketing, product and technical teams to align strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or a similar role, ideally in hardware or technical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and of building and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills; able to convey complex topics clearly.
  • Quick situational analysis, ability to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies to achieve goals.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented, even in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree is desirable but not mandatory. A technical degree is an advantage; business or commercial qualifications are also suitable.
  • German (native / C2), English (business fluent / C1); additional European languages are a plus.
