Business Developer focused on developing markets and customer relationships for LiDAR-based security solutions. Key role in the sales process and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for existing customers and partners and further develop ongoing business.
You will develop new business areas and customer segments.
You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and position our products/services as the ideal solution.
You will own the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation to closing the deal.
You will work closely with the marketing, product and technical teams to align strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or a similar role, ideally in hardware or technical sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and of building and expanding customer relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills; able to convey complex topics clearly.
Quick situational analysis, ability to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies to achieve goals.
Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented, even in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A bachelor’s degree is desirable but not mandatory. A technical degree is an advantage; business or commercial qualifications are also suitable.
German (native / C2), English (business fluent / C1); additional European languages are a plus.
