Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and spiritual direction for the San Marco Community Center (SMCC) as a gospel-centered outreach and ministry hub of Aspire Church San Marco.
Oversee all SMCC ministries and programs, including sports, arts, education, and preschool operations.
Directly supervise and support the TPSM Director, ensuring the preschool fulfills its educational, spiritual, and operational goals in alignment with Aspire Church’s mission and standards.
Provide leadership and oversight to the SMCC Sports Ministry Director, guiding the use of sports as a missional platform to build community and foster gospel relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, nonprofits, and civic organizations to expand SMCC’s community impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in ministry, education, or nonprofit management preferred.
Experience in community engagement, missions, or nonprofit leadership required.
Experience managing multi-department staff or ministry teams.
Experience in education, preschool, or arts programming preferred.
Experience developing community partnerships or adult education programs desirable.
Familiarity with Aspire Church’s mission and culture highly desirable.
