Responsibilities
Own day-to-day engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and Reddit for Anthropologie Group brands.

Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service and Internal Communications to manage and escalate community issues.
Identify and source user-generated content aligned with campaign priorities.
Requirements
1–3 years experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience growing and engaging online communities.
Strong writing skills with the ability to shift tone across platforms.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Strong cultural fluency across fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with comfort pulling and interpreting performance metrics.
