About the role

  • Social Media Community Coordinator at Anthropologie managing daily engagement across various platforms. Fostering community connection while identifying trends and sentiments for the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and Reddit for Anthropologie Group brands.
  • Maintain a culturally relevant, channel-appropriate brand voice in real-time conversation.
  • Foster meaningful dialogue that strengthens community connection and brand affinity.
  • Monitor brand, competitor, and cultural conversations to identify emerging trends and shifts in sentiment.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on community performance and sentiment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service and Internal Communications to manage and escalate community issues.
  • Identify and source user-generated content aligned with campaign priorities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience growing and engaging online communities.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to shift tone across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong cultural fluency across fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort pulling and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and curiosity.
