Responsibilities
Lead community outreach efforts by building relationships with schools, daycares, and local organizations
Coordinate events and promote water safety initiatives throughout the region
Oversee social media management, including content creation, posting, and engagement
Shape the brand voice and help build the marketing department from the ground up
Create systems, strategies, and outreach efforts that expand impact
Answer new customer phone calls and messages, guiding through the enrollment process
Create branded graphics, photos, and short-form videos for social media platforms
Design promotional materials using brand guidelines
Capture photos/videos during select swim lessons or events (as needed)
Draft and schedule weekly posts across relevant platforms
Monitor accounts for comments and community engagement
Support campaigns focused on water safety awareness and community engagement
Maintain an organized folder of photos, videos, and designs
Host and deliver engaging water safety presentations
Manage referral and review programs
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Sales Experience (1+ years)
Complete all in house company training including Soci, JackRabbit, HubSpot, FreshDesk, etc
Experience in digital marketing (1+ years)
Experience in graphic design (1+ years)
Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut, Instagram Reels, TikTok tools)
Public speaking experience
Familiar with and able to implement AI tools preferred
