Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary management and continuous development of the regional 6-person service team
- Responsibility for the organization, coordination and quality assurance of measurement-technology services in the region
- Ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery of all ongoing projects
- Ensuring a performance-oriented, appreciative team culture with a strong customer focus
- First point of contact for our measurement technicians and customers in day-to-day operations and support with complex issues
- Taking on own projects in leak detection
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Balancing daily operations and project management: ensuring stable day-to-day operations while implementing projects for the sustainable and structural development of the service area
- Close collaboration with adjacent departments and the central organization
- Support in preparing quotations and during contract negotiations
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or degree, ideally in plumbing/heating/HVAC (SHK), utility supply or measurement technology
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technical environment, and enthusiasm for developing employees
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident and reliable manner
- Strong communication skills, conflict-resolution ability and assertiveness
- Organizational talent, ability to prioritize and a responsible working style
- Basic knowledge of quotation preparation and project execution
- Proficient in using digital tools (e.g., planning, time tracking, documentation)
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Hands-on mentality
