About the role

  • Principal Recruiter for Workday recruitment team at SystemsAccountants, focused on increasing revenues and maintaining client relationships. Involved in both sales and recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work on both sales and recruitment activities within a full 360 recruitment desk
  • Increase revenue and margin in chosen market
  • Build valuable relationships with clients and candidates
  • Create and deliver marketing material to engage target markets
  • Perform candidate meetings, client meetings, and networking events to grow professional network

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, particularly within the Financial Systems and Transformation sector
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with Finance & IT professionals
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends
  • Experience with account-based selling – cross-sell/up-sell techniques
