About the role

  • Internal Account Manager managing customer relationships and driving sales growth at Arrow Electronics, a leader in electronic component distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the entire customer relationship end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for an assigned customer portfolio.
  • Proactively drive sales growth, maximize margins, and increase market share, including growth with key suppliers.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while balancing commercial priorities and customer expectations.
  • Manage quoting, order processing, demand fulfillment, and delivery follow-up.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer, order, and supply-related issues in close cooperation with internal teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Build and support long-term business partnerships for Arrow.
  • Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers on selected key accounts.

  • Problem solving in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Time management while working with sales tools and internal systems
  • Communicating fluently in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a considered an advantage
