Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of five, setting the standard for quality, compliance, and client care.
Oversee day-to-day collections activity, supporting your team with complex or challenging cases.
Foster a culture of coaching, learning, and continuous improvement.
Ensure all activity meets FCA and internal standards, with a focus on fair outcomes for customers, including those who may be vulnerable.
Requirements
Three to five years’ management experience in collections, ideally in asset finance.
Experience with both consumer and business finance.
Strong working knowledge of FCA rules and compliance.
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
Integrity, kindness, and a personal approach to client service.
DIPAF or MICM qualification is desirable but not essential.
