Responsibilities
Promotion & POS management
Working closely with the marketing team for: implement sales promotion campaigns, product launches, display
Maintain a stock level of marketing communication kit including brochure, leaflet & catalog in the shop
Control sales promotor representative in KA shop (Attendance and performance)
Initiate to propose a promotion program
Tracking market competition, latest competitor activation program and its impact to shop share
Channel partner distributor, including monitor sales operation as a channel partner focusing on channel expansion
Drive distributor to achieve the target (both selling in & selling out)
Ensure timely settlement of claims of channel partners, retailer/KA
Nurturing business relations with retail trade partner especially Key Account focusing on sales growth to end-user
Conduct product knowledge training to distributor sales and sales promoter
Make a sell-out report and analyzing market contribution and share
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in sales - retail/general or equivalent
Have experience handling big distributor in sanitary or building materials industry
Target-oriented person
Willing to travel around Indonesia
