About the role

  • Head of Sales DACH at ARGO-HYTOS leading sales teams and driving growth for hydraulic system solutions. Responsible for strategic customer relationship management and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the DACH sales region — including revenue, profit and budget responsibility (approx. €80 million)
  • Development and implementation of business plans as well as a clear sales and growth strategy
  • Establishment and expansion of sustainable customer relationships
  • Leading, motivating and developing your team
  • Defining and implementing sales and profit targets

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in the hydraulics industry
  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record in building and expanding sales structures and customer relationships
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical strength and strong execution skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills
