About the role

  • Lead and manage all proposal activities from opportunity release through final submission
  • Ensure full compliance with solicitation requirements, internal standards, and customer expectations
  • Coordinate efforts across capture managers, technical leads, pricing, and contracts teams
  • Develop and maintain proposal schedules, compliance, and review processes
  • Support development of win themes, discriminators, and messaging aligned with ARES’ value propositions
  • Serve as the lead coordinator for all Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles
  • Monitor and manage all Request for Task Order Proposals

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Business degree
  • 5 or more years of experience working in a Government services environment
  • Experience applying the Shipley, or similar, process across all phases of business capture and proposal development
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interfacing with executive leadership, technical experts, and customers
  • Proficiency with proposal tools and templates (e.g., MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, or collaborative proposal portals)
