Responsibilities
Ensure systems and technologies support sales processes for customer purchasing
Drive AI-augmentation of Revenue and Customer teams in collaboration with AI and Data teams
Architect and maintain a scalable GTM tech stack, ensuring Salesforce and tools support sales execution
Troubleshoot system problems and issues, optimizing Salesforce instance to support business needs
Requirements
Proven track record in Revenue Operations or Systems Administration, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
Enthusiastic about AI and excited to help drive AI adoption across Revenue teams
Advanced Salesforce Administrator experience, with knowledge of tools like Clari/Copilot
Ability to translate complex technical infrastructure into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders
