About the role

  • Revenue Operations Manager driving AI adoption and optimizing systems for Ardoq's revenue teams. Ensuring seamless sales processes and technologies to enhance customer purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure systems and technologies support sales processes for customer purchasing
  • Drive AI-augmentation of Revenue and Customer teams in collaboration with AI and Data teams
  • Architect and maintain a scalable GTM tech stack, ensuring Salesforce and tools support sales execution
  • Troubleshoot system problems and issues, optimizing Salesforce instance to support business needs

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Revenue Operations or Systems Administration, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
  • Enthusiastic about AI and excited to help drive AI adoption across Revenue teams
  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator experience, with knowledge of tools like Clari/Copilot
  • Ability to translate complex technical infrastructure into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders
