About the role

  • People Lead managing operational excellence and partnering across multiple geographies at Ardoq. Driving high-performance culture and supporting Ardoqians with a focus on data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and optimize the end-to-end people operations and partnering lifecycle
  • Act as an advisor to functional leaders & Ardoqians, providing the 'on-the-ground' partnership that translates into team performance
  • Work closely with the People Operations Director, Partnering & CoE teams to provide data-driven insights / reporting
  • Represent the People team in Oslo, building community connectivity
  • Proactively use AI and automation to improve our impact and customer experience

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Norwegian labor law and Norwegian HR operations
  • Business commercial understanding and gravitas to manage up to senior stakeholders
  • Highly analytical and driven to find solutions at the root
  • AI-fluent and proactively look for ways to leverage to solve scaling challenges
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English; preferably native Norwegian and must have extensive deep understanding of Norwegian labor practices.
