About the role
- People Lead managing operational excellence and partnering across multiple geographies at Ardoq. Driving high-performance culture and supporting Ardoqians with a focus on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and optimize the end-to-end people operations and partnering lifecycle
- Act as an advisor to functional leaders & Ardoqians, providing the 'on-the-ground' partnership that translates into team performance
- Work closely with the People Operations Director, Partnering & CoE teams to provide data-driven insights / reporting
- Represent the People team in Oslo, building community connectivity
- Proactively use AI and automation to improve our impact and customer experience
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience with Norwegian labor law and Norwegian HR operations
- Business commercial understanding and gravitas to manage up to senior stakeholders
- Highly analytical and driven to find solutions at the root
- AI-fluent and proactively look for ways to leverage to solve scaling challenges
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English; preferably native Norwegian and must have extensive deep understanding of Norwegian labor practices.
