Business Development Manager driving technology adoption at Archistar, a PropTech leader transforming urban development. Manage the full sales cycle and build relationships with government and enterprise clients in North America.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to product presentations, proposals, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government and enterprise, including strategic alliance partners.
Develop deep expertise in Archistar’s products while staying up to date on planning, building, and housing challenges across North America.
Respond to inbound inquiries, and ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and align sales strategies with broader business goals.
Keep CRM systems and records updated, attend required meetings, and travel across North America to meet clients and represent Archistar at key events.
Requirements
3+ years of experience selling technology solutions to government or enterprise clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in selling enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS using a consultative, client-focused approach.
Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and build long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and results-oriented team player with a strong collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of planning/building processes preferred; valid driver’s license required.
