About the role

  • Account Manager for Telco accounts at AppLogic Networks, driving revenue in BNLX and DACH regions. Building relationships and managing strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas and drive revenue across BNLX & DACH Telco accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Identify, qualify, and close new high-value opportunities
  • Develop strategic account plans for major and regional customers
  • Understand competitive threats and position offerings to win
  • Deliver compelling, ROI-focused presentations
  • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Manage contract expectations, risks, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Analyze and document customer results to ensure business needs are met

Requirements

  • 10+ years of solutions-based sales experience
  • Extensive experience selling to BNLX and DACH mobile/network service providers
  • Proven success in value-based selling and ROI positioning
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications landscape
  • Knowledge of Fixed & Mobile Networks, Analytics, and Customer Experience technologies
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required)
  • Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
