About the role

  • Consultant managing IT-related projects at a consulting firm in Switzerland. Leading teams to develop corporate solutions and ensuring their successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • As a Consultant, you take responsibility at APP from day one.
  • You lead teams in developing new concepts and in defining product, process and IT requirements.
  • You independently manage consulting engagements and develop compelling solutions for business and IT issues.
  • Once the right solution has been identified, you ensure sustainable implementation and support our clients through to successful rollout.
  • As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you build long-term relationships, continuously expand your network and acquire new mandates.
  • In addition, you have the opportunity to actively help shape APP as a co‑owner and to play a decisive role in shaping our future.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree, preferably in business administration, (business) informatics/IT or law
  • Three to five years of experience delivering IT-related projects in a consulting or public-sector environment, in the judiciary, in financial services or in healthcare
  • Solid knowledge of project management, business analysis and the use of common methodologies
  • Quick grasp, strong analytical thinking and a creative, pragmatic approach
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of collaboration in a team
  • Open, communicative personality with talent and enthusiasm for building trusting relationships
  • Confident written and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are an advantage.
