About the role

  • Manages project implementation with assigned project team
  • Initiates projects by developing proposals/scopes of work
  • Supervises and directs individuals or teams of technical staff
  • Consults with other technical staff and Project Managers on technical challenges
  • Oversees the technical accuracy of project through regular communications
  • Tracks all projects costs, including labor and expenses
  • Other tasks may include proposal preparation and attending public meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and 9+ years of related experience
  • Registered Professional Engineer or other Professional Registrations as appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, staff, subconsultants and contractors
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory framework
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
