Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project needs following our client's strategy, ensuring that they are facilitated through to completion within the required scope.
- You will manage projects ensuring understanding of strategic goals.
- Collaborate with partners to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and our teams, promoting transparency and trust.
- Support junior team members by addressing skill gaps and escalate capability needs as identified.
- Provide revenue and pace insights for projects to ensure tight adherence to the agreed scope/budget.
- Escalate issues that need to be raised with the client. Working collaboratively with our client manager to address these.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of proven experience in project management in the Digital Marketing agency space.
- A clear understanding of project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile.
- Experienced in leading several projects involved in digital marketing, from paid media campaigns, data analytics, CRM and ad tech implementation.
- Experience overseeing project financials through adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Experience or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and any under Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
