About the role

• Project Manager at Jellyfish overseeing digital marketing projects and ensuring timely delivery of strategic goals. Collaborating with partners and clients to manage project needs and facilitate completion.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project needs following our client's strategy, ensuring that they are facilitated through to completion within the required scope.
• You will manage projects ensuring understanding of strategic goals.
• Collaborate with partners to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and our teams, promoting transparency and trust.
• Support junior team members by addressing skill gaps and escalate capability needs as identified.
• Provide revenue and pace insights for projects to ensure tight adherence to the agreed scope/budget.
• Escalate issues that need to be raised with the client. Working collaboratively with our client manager to address these.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of proven experience in project management in the Digital Marketing agency space.
• A clear understanding of project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile.
• Experienced in leading several projects involved in digital marketing, from paid media campaigns, data analytics, CRM and ad tech implementation.
• Experience overseeing project financials through adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Experience or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and any under Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
