Requirements
**Profesional **en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Marketing o áreas afines.
** 3+ años de experiencia** en Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations o análisis de negocio.
Experiencia trabajando con **CRM (idealmente HubSpot)**.
Experiencia en análisis de **pipeline, forecast y desempeño comercial**.
Dominio de **Excel o Google Sheets (nivel avanzado)**.
Experiencia en herramientas de visualización (Power BI o similares).
Conocimiento del ciclo comercial B2B (lead-to-cash).
**Inglés B2 - C1**.
**Deseable:**
Experiencia con automatización de marketing.
Conocimiento en herramientas de integración (ej. Zapier).
