About the role

  • Account Executive handling B2B tax solutions company focused on SAP and GUEPARDO. Engaging clients through active prospecting and maintaining solid relationships in the tax consulting sector.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with active and prospective clients.
  • Actively prospect and map companies (SAP users) that require Tax Management solutions (GUEPARDO) and tax/accounting consulting services.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities for the application of tax solutions and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying decision-maker contacts (C-level, Tax/Accounting/IT Managers) and scheduling meetings, to handing opportunities over to the hiring company and finalizing contract signatures.
  • Proactively map and sell additional solutions/modules within the customer base (Farmer), lead contract renewals, and ensure retention of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Provide support and deliver excellent customer service, resolving conflicts with a business-focused approach.
  • Apply technical-functional knowledge of tax and fiscal processes and reporting obligations (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, SPEDs, etc.) to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop customized value propositions, demonstrating how proposed solutions can resolve complex tax issues, improve tax efficiency, or increase ROI.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to understand trends and product/service viability, anticipating client needs—especially in scenarios of regulatory change.
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs (key performance indicators).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in consultative B2B sales of technology solutions for Tax, Fiscal, or Accounting areas (ERP, GRC, Tax Compliance, SPEDs, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success managing client portfolios (Farmer), performing upsell and cross-sell, and prospecting new accounts (Hunter).
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation and its impact on business processes (experience with SAP and GUEPARDO solutions is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with senior executives.
