About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a communication channel for employees.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure all required procedures for hiring are completed in a timely manner, including document submission and scheduling.
  • Track onboarding steps, access provisioning, and equipment allocation for new employees.
  • Support the HR team in activities and initiatives related to benefits.
  • Monitor and provide support for the development of HR projects.
  • Prepare and update reports.
  • Participate in internal HR initiatives focused on employee experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and flexibility
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SQL
