Responsibilities
Development, planning and implementation of social media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Creation and optimization of content formats such as Reels, posts, Stories and carousels.
Analysis of social media trends and implementation of new tools, especially AI-based software.
Community management and interaction with followers to strengthen brand presence.
Creation of editorial calendars and reports for performance analysis.
Project coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
You are creative, digitally savvy and passionate about social media trends.
Initial experience with social media marketing and content creation (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma and AI-powered applications (e.g., ChatGPT or Midjourney).
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
