About the role

  • Remote Engagement Supervisor managing Inside Sales Specialists at Amplity. Driving results and enhancing client satisfaction through effective team leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective communications with Client
  • Plan, organize, and monitor contract deliverables in support of the team to ensure achievement of annual contract KPIs and requirements
  • Support the management of a team of Remote Engagement Specialists in all areas of their employment
  • Communicate team objectives in ways that promote teamwork and create a strong sense of shared goals among team members
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on the quality and content of their calls

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Supervisory experience or active Amplity remote engagement experience ready for supervisory role
  • 2 years Remote Engagement or related experience
  • Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry desired
  • Willingness to cover all time zones as needed
  • Must successfully complete all Amplity and client required training
  • Travel approximately 20%+ or as needed for client meeting and training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
