Responsibilities
Acquire new SME clients in our target Czech market out of a pool of leads
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts
Active calling and communication with prospect accounts from targeted sectors
Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions to key decision makers regarding appropriate offerings
Highly pro-active in both researching and finding opportunities in the FX, payments, and card industry
Aware of industry trends and maintains extensive knowledge of competitor's offerings
Generate revenue through recurring deals and additional services
Collaboration with our operations, marketing, and other teams
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication
Strong presentation skills
Track record in solution-oriented selling
Experienced in Business and Account Development ideally within the SME payment/fx sector
Ability to network and research clients
Self-motivated, proactive and target oriented
Strong ability to learn and work independently, self-management skills
Very high proficiency in Czech
Proficiency in English
