Responsibilities
Lead Locum Tenens Sales Strategies for an Innovator in Healthcare Talent Solutions
Create a direct and tangible impact on the Locum Tenens division
Develop and implement go-to market strategy and ensure revenue targets are met
Manage a team of individual producers and provide leadership to the greater sales / recruitment organization
Report financial results to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Strategize with division leadership on a weekly basis to evaluate projections in terms of production metrics
Supervise the attraction and hiring of new team members
Coach and mentor team members on sales management and leadership skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
7 years of sales experience
5 years of Enterprise Sales leadership experience and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams via strong funnel management
Strong financial competence, experience managing budgets and revenues of at least $100M
High-energy, tenacious, and creative, able to put in the effort to empower others
Resilient, adaptable, flexible, and friendly
Ability to communicate effectively and build strategic relationships
