Responsibilities

  • Lead Locum Tenens Sales Strategies for an Innovator in Healthcare Talent Solutions
  • Create a direct and tangible impact on the Locum Tenens division
  • Develop and implement go-to market strategy and ensure revenue targets are met
  • Manage a team of individual producers and provide leadership to the greater sales / recruitment organization
  • Report financial results to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
  • Strategize with division leadership on a weekly basis to evaluate projections in terms of production metrics
  • Supervise the attraction and hiring of new team members
  • Coach and mentor team members on sales management and leadership skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of sales experience
  • 5 years of Enterprise Sales leadership experience and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams via strong funnel management
  • Strong financial competence, experience managing budgets and revenues of at least $100M
  • High-energy, tenacious, and creative, able to put in the effort to empower others
  • Resilient, adaptable, flexible, and friendly
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strategic relationships
