Responsibilities
The Recruiter II, RPO is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Focus on building consultative relationships with candidates, driving high-volume recruiting.
Manage pre-employment paperwork and coordinate onboarding processes for client compliance.
Maintain timely communication and deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Associate’s Degree plus 5–7 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7–9 years of experience.
5+ years recruiting experience, including 2–3 years in healthcare recruiting (Nursing and Allied strongly preferred).
Background in staffing or RPO environments required.
Advanced sourcing skills, including creative Boolean string development and multi-platform strategies.
Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems; experience with Taleo, UKG, Workday preferred.
Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
