About the role

  • Recruiter II focused on sourcing and placing Healthcare Professionals for AMN Healthcare. Collaborating with candidates and managing high-volume recruiting for nursing and allied positions.

Responsibilities

  • The Recruiter II, RPO is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
  • Focus on building consultative relationships with candidates, driving high-volume recruiting.
  • Manage pre-employment paperwork and coordinate onboarding processes for client compliance.
  • Maintain timely communication and deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree plus 5–7 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7–9 years of experience.
  • 5+ years recruiting experience, including 2–3 years in healthcare recruiting (Nursing and Allied strongly preferred).
  • Background in staffing or RPO environments required.
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including creative Boolean string development and multi-platform strategies.
  • Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems; experience with Taleo, UKG, Workday preferred.
  • Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
