About the role

  • Talent Development Specialist enhancing employee competencies through training programs. Delivering curriculum and managing training interventions in Phoenix office.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs.
  • Deliver curriculum and learning materials and manage all phases of training interventions.
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees’ work behavior.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy.
  • Solid knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous).
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
