Responsibilities
Enhance the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs.
Deliver curriculum and learning materials and manage all phases of training interventions.
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees’ work behavior.
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors.
Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy.
Solid knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods.
Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous).
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
