About the role

  • CRM Senior Analyst driving performance through customer engagement and marketing automation strategies. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technology at Amcham Brasil in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine CRM and marketing automation strategies focused on engagement, conversion and customer retention (members and prospects).
  • Plan, execute and analyze automated campaigns and journeys in Microsoft Dynamics (Customer Insights – Journeys), integrating email, WhatsApp, events and forms channels.
  • Create strategic segmentations and clusters based on behavior, profile and customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure governance and data quality of the contact database, supporting the integration process between forms, websites and the CRM.
  • Monitor and optimize performance indicators (open rates, conversion, NPS, leads and opportunities).
  • Support product and regional teams in using the CRM for segmented communication and measurement of results.
  • Conduct A/B tests, experiments and performance reporting to improve action effectiveness.
  • Work in synergy with Acquisition, Customer Success, Creative and Technology teams, ensuring consistency in communications and efficient use of the database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Solid experience in marketing CRM, campaign automation and database segmentation;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights – Journeys) or other automation platforms (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, etc.);
  • Experience with relationship strategies and B2B lead nurturing;
  • Analytical ability to interpret performance indicators (open rates, conversion, engagement and NPS);
  • Proficiency in Excel for data cross-referencing and analysis;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (in-office 3x per week) in São Paulo, SP.
