Responsibilities
Responsible for best-in-class client service and delivery and strategic planning.
Maintain long-term executive/client level relationships for key accounts.
Manage, develop/train, and lead the Client Success team.
Oversee the successful implementation of new clients and programs.
Implement and maintain KPIs and analytics for all client accounts performance.
Ensure client concerns and issues are resolved timely.
Central point of contact for integration with all departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Healthcare, business or related fields.
Ten (10) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare.
Seven (7) years in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related field.
Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology.
Basic familiarity with the current regulatory environment for healthcare.
Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
