About the role

  • Vice President, Client Success responsible for managing services and ensuring client satisfaction. Leading the Client Success team at Ventra Health for healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for best-in-class client service and delivery and strategic planning.
  • Maintain long-term executive/client level relationships for key accounts.
  • Manage, develop/train, and lead the Client Success team.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of new clients and programs.
  • Implement and maintain KPIs and analytics for all client accounts performance.
  • Ensure client concerns and issues are resolved timely.
  • Central point of contact for integration with all departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Healthcare, business or related fields.
  • Ten (10) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare.
  • Seven (7) years in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related field.
  • Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology.
  • Basic familiarity with the current regulatory environment for healthcare.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
  • Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Proven strong leadership/management skills.
