Salesforce Administrator managing CRM tools and configurations for GFT's global group. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and improving business processes through Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Handle end-user requests and recurring processes (primarily from Sales, Delivery and Resource Allocation teams);
Support business stakeholders by recommending technical and functional improvements;
Create and maintain automations using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes and standard Salesforce features;
Customize page layouts and Lightning pages;
Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets and sharing rules;
Create and maintain report types and dashboards;
Ensure data quality (validation, deduplication and governance best practices);
Support other internal IT areas and integrations with other systems in collaboration with development teams;
Participate in release processes, testing and deployments across environments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 2 years' experience with Salesforce/Sales Cloud or PSA tools in an administrative or hybrid role;
Experience with standard Sales Cloud configurations and Flows (record-triggered and screen flows);
Experience with reports and dashboards;
Experience with security model and access control;
Knowledge of SQL;
Experience with service and change management (ITIL or similar);
Proficiency in MS Office;
Fluent English for written and verbal communication (minimum B2);
Preferred: Salesforce certification; experience with integrations and more advanced automations.
