International Partners Success Manager responsible for building relationships with international merchants. Ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to Skroutz's expansion ambitions in Europe.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain and create strong relationships with international merchants
Act as the commercial owner for seller growth across designated international markets
Resolve clients’ issues and complaints
Work with the internal teams dedicated to the same client account to ensure open communication and that we meet client needs
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews and growth meetings with merchants to ensure their ongoing success, satisfaction and adoption of available services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or relevant field
2+ years of previous work experience in Partners Success Management/B2B Sales or similar role ideally in eCommerce environment
Fluency in Greek & English language
Knowledge of Romanian, Bulgarian or Polish would be a plus
Familiarity with CRM software
Familiarity with Google suite
Familiarity with Reporting tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Self-motivated, self-directed, tactful, creative and multitasker
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate into action plan
Knowledge of Skroutz key objectives impacting team’s goals
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
