Responsibilities
You conduct initial conversations with potential customers, quickly identify their challenges, and spark their interest in our AI platform
You find the right contacts, professionally qualify them, and ensure our Account Executive team can follow up effectively
You proactively reach out to new customers via email, social selling, webinars, and other channels you test, generating high-quality meetings
You understand what our customers truly need and help make tailored solutions for a successful collaboration with amber tangible for their daily work
You work closely with the marketing team, develop campaigns for target industries, and convert interest into concrete sales opportunities
You have a strong sense for market movements, listen carefully to what leads are actually saying, and feed your insights directly into our strategy
You actively support automating sales workflows to make our processes more efficient and scalable
Requirements
You have initial experience in sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, and are eager to make an impact as part of a team
You have a good sense for new customers' needs and an eye for sales potential that you identify and pursue independently
You are confident working with lead databases and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and use these tools smartly to fill your pipeline
You communicate confidently and reliably — in German and in English — with a variety of stakeholders
You are either familiar with artificial intelligence or motivated to ramp up quickly on AI topics
