Responsibilities

  • "Elite" Prospecting: Identify and approach key decision-makers (lawyers, notaries, property developers) with a strong need for logistics restructuring.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Present the firm’s offering and close contracts with a high average value.

Requirements

  • Independent Status: Self-employed or freelance (required for commission).
  • High-End Interpersonal Presence: Ability to speak confidently and professionally with lawyers or senior executives.
  • Hunter Mentality: Proactive, dynamic person who does not wait for inbound calls but goes to where the clients are.
  • Rigor and Organization: Able to work in a structured and disciplined way.
  • Mobility in Nancy and Surrounding Areas: Essential for audits and on-site visits (driver’s license preferred).
