Requirements
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Management , idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
- ausgeprägtes Fachwissen im Arbeitsrecht und in HR-relevanten Prozessen
- hohe Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie souveränes Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Expertise im Einsatz aktueller HR-Systeme sowie innovativer HR-Methoden
- Offenheit für Neues und den Drang sich und den Verantwortungsbereich weiterzuentwickeln
