Responsibilities
Lead, develop and support the HR Business Partner team (m/f/d) at our German locations
Implement global and regional HR strategies while taking into account local requirements and business needs
Provide strategic HR advice to leaders on all people-related matters, particularly performance and employee relations
Oversee talent and succession planning through regular talent reviews and individual development plans
Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and support change processes
Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with works councils on an equal footing, including negotiating and implementing works council agreements
Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies and HR best practices across all business areas in Germany
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a comparable field
At least five years of professional experience in HR, with part of that time in a leadership role
Solid knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils, including negotiating and implementing works council agreements
Practical experience in performance management, talent development and employee retention
Experience managing change and supporting transformation phases
Confident working with international, interdisciplinary HR structures and project teams
Strong communication and advisory skills and a professional approach to diverse stakeholders
High level of personal responsibility, solution orientation and intercultural sensitivity
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to travel within Germany, particularly in Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse
