Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational/Work Psychology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in HR management, ideally in a medium-sized company
- Strong expertise in labor law and HR-related processes
- Excellent communication skills, structured and solution-oriented working style, and confident presence at all hierarchy levels
- Experience with current HR systems and modern HR methods
- Openness to new approaches and a drive to develop personally and expand the area of responsibility
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
