About the role

  • Prospect new customers to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with accounts and customers, understanding their needs through research and proactive engagement
  • Maintain communication with existing clients to support long-term relationships
  • Schedule and conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and meetings
  • Present services to business owners, contractors, and insurance adjusters
  • Organize, document, and manage sales activities to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) as part of the sales process
  • Participate in local and national professional associations

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence and reports
  • Confident presentation skills and comfort speaking to groups
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
