About the role

  • Marketing RevOps Data Analyst responsible for data driving prospecting and pipeline growth at Alpega Group. Enhancing data architecture and collaboration between Marketing & Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and cleanse CRM data, enforce naming conventions, manage enrichment tools, and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Align HubSpot and Salesforce data structures, maintain sync rules, troubleshoot errors, and support sandbox testing.
  • Build centralised dashboards, automate QBR visuals, and provide clean datasets for BI tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
  • Create segmented lists, standardise UTMs, and analyse multi-touch attribution.
  • Identify automation opportunities, document workflows, and train users on data best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or Data Analytics (ideally SaaS)
  • Fluent in English ; additional European languages are a plus
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI , and intermediate SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with data governance, GDPR, and compliance
  • Deep understanding of marketing & sales funnels, data modelling, and KPI structures
  • Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce
