- Mobile Product Data Analyst responsible for creating dashboards and reports for mobile product teams. Analyzing data to improve outcomes and automating data distribution for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review the objectives of the mobile product teams and create custom dashboards to monitor performance.
- Design and develop reports for product teams to test, track, and improve the outcomes of new and ongoing initiatives.
- Automate data distribution to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data and optimize its use in digital adoption programs.
- Continuously improve the tools, data, and reports developed or used by the team.
Requirements
- College or university degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Ability to analyze and communicate complex results.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, VBA, and SAS programming languages.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and Power BI, as well as Snowflake and Adobe Analytics.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required.
