About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and the Head of Business Operations in financial markets management. Managing schedules, organizing travel, and handling administrative processes in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the CEO’s agenda, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Organise travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, including accommodation, agendas, and documentation.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage procurement and payment processes.
  • Provide support on additional tasks as requested by the CEO, including assistance during internal or client events.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); fluency in French is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to perform well and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • High proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff, board members, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
