About the role

  • Executive Assistant for a Web3 startup managing schedules, correspondence, and confidential information. Supporting executives with administrative tasks and project management in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with project management and follow-up on action items
  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making purposes
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support executives efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
