About the role

  • Account Manager managing end-to-end relationships with top brand accounts at Almedia. Focusing on client success, business growth, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of top accounts by maintaining daily email touchpoints, running weekly check-ins, and delivering in-person QBRs with documented next steps in the CRM
  • Create and execute growth plans for the top brand cohort that optimize programs and promotional calendars
  • Proactively generate new business by pitching to target brands through outbound channels and events
  • Raise the bar on account health visibility by establishing a clear KPI framework and a monthly executive narrative that highlights GMV trends, risks, and required actions across priority brands
  • Improve team speed and ownership by standardizing QBR prep, issue escalation, and follow-through workflows

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise retailers, marketplaces, or D2C brands in cashback, loyalty, affiliate, or performance partnerships
  • Proven outbound success pitching cashback to new brands and expanding existing accounts
  • Ability to turn data into prioritization for a top-100 brand list, and acting quickly on risks and opportunities to maximize revenue and retention
  • Strong cross-functional execution coordinating with marketing, ops, product, and finance to launch campaigns end-to-end, owning escalations, timelines, SLAs, and stakeholder updates
