About the role

- Wunddokumentation und Erstellung der Wundanamnese

- Unterstützung der behandelnden Ärzte bei Wundversorgung
- Schulung von Pflegekräften in Wundversorgung und Infektionsschutz
- individuelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewohner
- Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses (Medikamentenvergabe, Pflegeprotokolle)
- Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität im Team
Requirements
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger und/oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger mit der Zusatzausbildung Wundmanager
- Teamplayer mit Empathie im Umgang mit Bewohnern und Kollegen
- Fähigkeit eigenständig und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten
- Bereitschaft in allen Schichten zu arbeiten
- gewisse IT-Affinität
